A pair of solid gold ring-money bands with trumpet-shaped terminals, probably worn as earrings. Bronze Age ring-money was often shaped so that it could be worn as torques, bracelets or earrings, in order that wealth could be kept close for security and also worn and displayed as a status symbol.
